For the record, we think you’re beautiful, too.

"Never underestimate the huge middle finger you are giving to the world when you make peace with your body."
-Frances LockieJust stumbled upon a post about stretch marks,
and all I can think is, why be ashamed of them? I’m proud of my stretch marks! I consider them battle wounds. The marks themselves basically provide a story of my weight loss/journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Fine, maybe they’re not “pretty” or “beautiful,” but I honestly don’t care. They’re a part of me. They’re a constant reminder of the progress I have made and the progress I WILL make.
So, why hate or be ashamed of them?!
Stretch marks, Ayyeee! (:
And this is for everyone out there who only thinks that chubby kids have stretch marks. Someone with a thin, hourglass frame can earn her tiger stripes, too.
If you have stretch marks on your boobs don’t wear Vnecks. No one wants to see that.
If you have stretch marks anywhere on your body, don’t be ashamed. Where what you want. Your body is as beautiful and unique as any other. Just because some skinny bitch doesn’t have stretch marks doesn’t mean she doesn’t have some other imperfection she’s trying to hide. Everybody is flawed. Every body tells a story. Tell yours with confidence and pride.
Also, haters gonna hate. If you’ve got stretch marks on your boobs that probably means that you actually have boobs. So flaunt it, girl!
